Registration is now closed! The final deadline for registration was the October 15, 2019.
All registrations must upload a scan or photo of the passport identity page. This is a requirement of the Pasundan University Security Department to ensure the safety and security of the GAJE delegates.
Registration is only confirmed when you have made payment and/or have entered the approved waiver code at the time of registration.
PLEASE NOTE: Conference attendance will be capped at 500 due to space limitations at the conference venue. Therefore, we encourage you to register early to guarantee your attendance.
NOTE ALSO: Applications are now closed for requesting only fee reductions/waiver and/or a travel and accommodations grants as well as session proposal applications.

Questions About Payment of Fees
The following are some answers to questions on payment options and fee reductions, fee waivers as well as travel and accommodation grants.
Can I pay with PayPal or Credit Card
Yes – this is the preferred option. Delegates are required to make payment at the time they register and they will receive immediate confirmation of their registration. If the payment is not completed or unsuccessful, their registration will not be confirmed until payment is received.
Can I pay by check/cheque?
Yes – checks/cheques must be in US dollars and your registration will not be confirmed until your check is received. After you complete your registration application, you will be directed to the payment section giving you details about how to pay by check/cheque.
Can I wire transfer or EFT payment?
Yes – please note that your registration will not be confirmed until the funds are received. After you complete your registration application, you will be directed to the payment section giving you details about how to pay by wire transfer or EFT. Please also be aware that payment by wire transfer or EFT may include substantial fees.
Can my organization pay?
Yes, payments can be made directly by sponsoring organizations/institutions/universities/businesses/firms. You are still required to complete the registration form, however, you can choose “Sponsoring Organization to Pay”. Registration will not be confirmed until the payment is received.
Can I request a reduction or waiver of fees?
Yes. Before registering you must complete an application requesting a reduction in fees or a waiver of fees. If you are granted a reduction of fees or a waiver of fees you will receive notification and approval code from the GAJE Waiver and Grants Committee. You then complete your registration details and add in your code. Please note that, if a fee reduction is granted, your registration is not complete until the appropriate reduced fee is paid. Can I cancel or transfer my registration?
Registration can not be transferred. Delegates may cancel their registration prior to 1 Sep 2019. However, these registration cancellations will underdo a USD 150 processing fee. Delegates canceling on or after 1 Sep 2019 will not receive any refund.
