    NOTE: By submitting this proposal you will become the Lead Presenter for this session; once a proposal is accepted, the Lead Presenter is responsible for communicating with additional presenters, working with Stream Coordinators, and submitting additional requested program information.
    NOTE ALSO: Accepted presentations will be scheduled only once the Lead Presenter’s registration fee is paid.

  • NOTE: Program slots are expected to be 45 minutes or 90 minutes. However, two presentations are generally placed in the same 90-minute slot, sometimes presentations on related topics are merged.
