Title: How Did Clinical Program Survive And Develop In A Developing Country: A Perspective From China

Session Abstract: in this session, the presentor will introduce how a 7-year old clincial program in a relatively new law school in the southen part of China gets started and develops along the way. From this presentation, you will get to know a team of passionate clinical faculty who try their efforts to creat and improve their clincial program in spite of many challenges including lack of source as well as support in many domains. This presentation will foucus on some particular aspect of the clinical program: the curriculum design, the operation of the program, how the teaching team faces and deals with the varioug obstocles then encounter, how their program looks like currently.
