Title: Justice Education: A Tool For Empowerment In Iran

Session Abstract: This proposal hopes to explore justice education and its connection to the legal empowerment in the Islamic Republic of Iran. The session will weave together three themes: legal education, empowerment, and their essentialist foundations for human rights and justice in the Iran. All five presentations examine various aspects of these issues in the development of justice education in the country. Presenter #1's outlines the main challenges and reviews the role of justice education in Iran. Presenter #2 presents a critical viewpoint in particular concerning clinical legal education. Presenter #3 shows that how traditional legal education obstacles justice and empowerment in Iran The session will provide an opportunity for discussion on human rights, legal education, and social justice in the Islamic Republic of Iran. The session includes new Initiatives in justice education relevant to the conference themes in Iran. Presentations will include ideas in development that are relevant to other conferences themes as well such as legal empowerment and legal literacy. As the topic reads, the session’s primary purpose is to set forth and create discussion among clinical teachers and legal scholars about suggested content for the justice education in Iran
