Session Abstract: This session will share and discuss about the development of CLE programme as well as the needs of nationwide development of CLE programe that our BABSEA CLE is working with our core partner FLP and other law teaching institutions in order to provide full understanding the value and benefits of the programme. This will include the highlight strong support and common issues that we faced during the nationwide development of the programme. The nationwide development of CLE programe is key role to support the access to justice and strengthen the rule of law including protection of human rights. Additionally, the CLE programme provide value itself and promote awareness to law students, law lecturers, lawyers, academic practitioner including policy maker to support and provide legal assistant to people in marginalized communities.
