Short Bio: Andrés Gascón-Cuenca is a Researcher Assistant at the Human Rights Institute, University of Valencia. His research revolves around freedom of expression and hate speech regulations, policing models and legal clinic education. He has been member of the Legal Clinic for Social Justice, University of Valencia (Spain), since 2012, and on the second semester of the academic year 2014-2015, he has been in charge of the coordination of the Human Rights section. He also collaborates with the administrative task of the Clinic.
