NOTE: Fees for the General Conference only are $350 and $425 for the full conference (General Conference & TOT).  Effective 1 October 2017, Late Fees go into effect.  If you are paying your fee on or after 1 October 2017, please select one of the Late Fee options: $425 for the General Conference only; $500 for the full conference (General Conference & TOT).  If you have been given specific permission from the organizers to pay the regular fee after 1 October 2017, you may still choose those fees: $350 for the General Conference only; $425 for the full conference (General Conference & TOT).
