Short Bio: Britane Hubbard is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Legal Studies at Missouri Western State University. She has been a research assistant on a Nepal Mobile Legal Clinic project since May 2017. She is involved in the Student Government Association as the Director of Student Involvement and chairman of the Events Committee. As Director of Student Involvement, she leads monthly President’s Leadership Council meetings and oversees all of the Registered Student Organizations on campus. Previously she served as a member of the Bylaws Committee, External Relations Committee, and a senator for the Missouri Western State University Student Government Association. She is also co-founder and president of the Legal Studies Association and a member of the Student Honors Organization. She graduated as Valedictorian from Linn County R-1 High School in 2016. She is an Honors Program Scholarship recipient at Missouri Western State University. Planned graduation in the Spring of 2019, after which she plans to attend law school.
