Short Bio: Lisa Radtke Bliss is a Clinical Professor, Associate Dean of Experiential Education and Co-director of the Health Law Partnership (HeLP) Legal Services Clinic at Georgia State University College of Law in Atlanta, Georgia, an interdisciplinary medical-legal clinic. The clinic enrolls law students, medical students and graduate students in social work, public health and bioethics, who work together to address the social determinants of health. Bliss holds an adjunct faculty appointment in the Department of Pediatrics at Morehouse School of Medicine. Bliss is co-editor of Building on Best Practices: Transforming Legal Education in a Changing World. She co-authored several chapers, including the chapter on law clinics. Bliss has trained hundreds of law teachers and law students internationally, particularly in countries in Southeast Asia where she has worked to develop and strengthen experiential education and law school clinics. From 2012-2016 Bliss served as an international clinician in residence and international trainer in workshops by Bridges Across Borders Southeast Asia Community Legal Education Initiative.
