Short Bio: Frank Bloch is Professor of Law Emeritus at Vanderbilt University Law School in Nashville, Tennessee, where he served as Director of Clinical Education and as Director of the Social Justice Program. Currently he serves as Executive Secretary of the Global Alliance for Justice Education (GAJE). Professor Bloch is an internationally prominent expert in social security and other public benefit programs, as well as legal aid and clinical legal education. He was a Fulbright Professor at Delhi University and has helped train clinical law teachers and otherwise collaborated on justice education projects around the world. He has also served as a consultant to the International Social Security Association, the Administrative Conference of the United States, the Social Security Advisory Board, and the US Agency for International Development. Professor Bloch holds a B.A. and a Ph.D. (Politics) from Brandeis University and a J.D. from Columbia University Law School.
