Short Bio : Important experience in the implementation of the peruvian FOI law and informed scope of the Latin American process in this area. Direct participation in the design of the Peruvian FOI law in 2002. From 2003, specific experience in litigation on FOI issues, monitoring of the FOI law, training of journalists, NGOs and civil servants on the RTI exercise and fulfillment, design of ICT strategies to organise and disseminate public information, and implementation of the FOI law in the State.
