Short Bio:
Qiaoyan Huang was born at 1963,02,13, incepted Bachelor of Law from School of Law of Peking University at1984, and legum Magister from School of Law of Sun Yat-Sen University at 1999. She worked at School of Law of Sun Yat-Sen University from 1984 to presnt, has taught Labor Law; Economic Law; Legal Negotiation; have joined in Legal Clinic project, from 2001 as a teacher and superviser. She is also a part-time lawyer from 1984 at Guangdong Lingnan law firm, Guangzhou, China.
As a legal clinic teacher, Qiaoyan Huang has been leading the project and supervising the students to work with NGOs for over ten years. She is well aware of the students’ confusion. Also, she knows how difficult it is to persuade NGO staffs to give up some meaningless law action and to convince the client that the judge made the decision in accordance with the law.
