Short Bio: Sumit Kapoor is a LL.B (Hons) final year student at Banaras Hindu University Law School (BHU). At law school he is actively participating in various activities including serving the Legal Service Clinic. Sumit served the Legal Service Clinic as Volunteer of its cultural committee in his second year at the BHU Law School. He was selected as Student coordinator of the Research project on Social Justice through the Legal Aid Clinic at BHU. Sumit digitally attended an International Conference and Poster exhibition at Missouri, U.S.A where he presented on the Role of Legal Aid Clinics in India and the USA. At present Sumit is an active member of the Legal Service Clinic at BHU, works 2 hours per week as a volunteer and is also the Student Consultant of Westlaw India at BHU.
