Short Abstract: The session recognises the need to develop skilled teachers and facilitators who are able to encourage the development of best practices on legal ethics/professional responsibility lessons in law clinics, and law school curriculum in any given legal system. Participants at this session would share their diverse experience on the subject of teaching legal ethics/professional responsibility; suggest ways to effectively make law students able to, recognise and reflect upon ethical issues likely to arise in the professional context; understand approaches to ethical decision-making; and develop ability to respond appropriately to ethical issues and exercise judgment.
