GAJE and IJCLE have made arrangements for accommodations during the conference at the Residence Damià Bonet ( a privately-run university residence hall on the campus of the University of Valencia, a 2-minute walk from the conference venue) and the Hotel Valencia Palace (a 5-star hotel located near the city center, approximately 10-15 minutes from the conference venue by bus).
You will find below further information about both facilities and also links to the forms for making reservations. There are only a limited number of rooms available for delegates at the Residence Damià Bonet, which will be booked on a first-come-first-served basis. Hotel Valencia Palace has set aside rooms at a special conference rate until April 30. Therefore, delegates are encouraged to book their rooms as soon as possible.
Reservations at both facilities will be confirmed only with a valid credit card according to the terms on the respective forms. (GAJE has set aside a number of rooms at the Residence Damià Bonet for delegates whose accommodations will be covered by a grant. Those reservations will be confirmed only when the grant has been awarded by GAJE and accepted by the delegate.)
Residence Damià Bonet
The Residence Damià Bonet is a privately-run university residence hall located on the campus of the University of Valencia, a 2-minute walk from the conference venue. The residence is operated by the RESA Group, which has a network of residence halls at universities throughout Spain. It was opened in 2010 and offers a full array of services, including a dining room, fitness room, various common rooms, and a self-service launderette. All rooms have high-speed cable internet access.
See below for the types of rooms available, the daily rates, and the required reservation form. Note that a reduced daily rate is available for stays of 7 days or more.

Room types & prices
There are four options to choose from:
- single room with private bath and kitchen
- double room with private bath and kitchen
- suite with terrace (single occupancy)
- suite with terrace (double occupancy)

For each type of room, there are two prices. Price “A” includes a change of sheets every three days, daily change of bath towels, and daily room cleaning (except for the kitchen). Price “B” includes weekly change of sheets and bath towels and weekly room cleaning. Price “B” is available only for reservations of a minimum of one week.

Hotel Valencia
Hotel Valencia Palace is a 5-star hotel located near the city center, approximately 10-15 minutes from the conference venue by bus. The special conference rate is 80 €/night (including all taxes, but not breakfast) is available until April 30.
