Short Bio: Jane Schukoske, formerly a professor at University of Baltimore School of Law, taught a community development clinic there in which students represented NGOs on a variety of legal issues. She now heads an NGO in the rural development sector in India. She has written on legal education reform in India, among other topics. An attorney licensed in Maryland, she is a member of the American Bar Association International Law Section India Committee. She serves on the Governing Body of O.P. Jindal Global University and on the Advisory Committee of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences LL.M. Program in Access to Justice.
