Short Bio : Jeswynn Yogaratnam is a trained corporate lawyer, an on-going doctorate scholar at Australian National University and a new born Human Rights Law academic. He is the principal lecturer in Human Rights Law and Corporations Law at Charles Darwin University. His research interests include Indigenous land rights; refugee and asylum seeker rights; and women’s rights in new nations. His current focus is on women security and access to justice in Timor Leste. He was awarded an AusAID grant in 2009.
