Short Bio : Before joining Golden Gate University’s faculty, Helen was Trial Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice in its Environmental Enforcement Section. Through the Clinic’s collaboration with numerous grassroots and environmental groups, she has reduced toxic pollution in communities bearing disproportionate pollution burdens, supported meaningful public participation in government decisions, and compelled industrial polluters and government agencies to disclose information.
