Short Bio : Monica Hayes is a senior lecturer at the College of Law in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Prior to studying law she obtained a BA (Hons) and PhD in Psychology. Monica studied law at Macquarie University, New South Wales and was admitted to practice in 1990. She spent the following nine years practising in the area of civil litigation. She has been employed at the College of Law since 1999. She completed an LLM at Sydney University in 2009 and is currently undertaking research for a PhD.
