Short Bio : Omoyemen Lucia Odigie-Emmanuel is a Nigerian Lawyer and Researcher. She specializes in Human Rights, Climate Change, Gender Mainstreaming and Property Law. She currently lectures at the Nigerian Law School and is one of the founders of the Centre for Human Rights and Climate Change Research. Prior to this she ran Lucia Emmanuel Consult, a research and training firm and has also worked with Environmental Rights Action/ Friends of the Earth Nigeria.
