Short Bio: Siarhei Salei graduated from the Hrodna State University (1995) and holds MA degree from the Central European University (Budapest, Hungary). Since 1997 Mr. Salei is involved in public legal education in Belarus and other NIS with OSCE ODIHR, ABA/CEELI, Street Law, Inc. and VIT NGO (Hrodna, Belarus). In 1998 Siarhei co-founded the first Street Law clinic in Belarus at the Hrodna State University. Since 2007 Siarhei works as Legal Clinics Program Manager at New Eurasia Establishment, Belarus.
