She headed Delhi Judicial Academy for 2 years & introduced Village Immersion Programme, Workshops on Teaching Methods, E-course on Judicial Ethics. She is interested in juvenile justice, criminal law, gender discrimination, clinical education, judicial training. She is CJEI Fellow; Fulbright Fellow; Commonwealth Fellow, UK. She is former member of GAJE SC, Newsletter editor, co-chair CC. She currently is member of CC & Nomination Committee.
