Short Bio: Chukwu Amari Omaka (LL.B, BL, LL.M, Ph.D) is the Dean Faculty of Law Ebonyi State University Abakaliki Nigeria. He is a well cited academic of the Professorial cadre of the university. He is also a visiting Professor of Enugu State University & external examiner of postgraduate programmes in many universities within & outside Nigeria. He is a renowned scholar of International Environmental Law & Human Rights Law. He also received training on Clinical Legal Education & Street Law in Durban, South Africa & Valencia, Spain. He is the founding Director of EBSU Law Clinic. He is the President of National Association of Law Teachers in Nigeria and the former Chairman of Environmental Court of Ebonyi State Nigeria. He has attended & delivered papers in several international conferences in Africa, Europe, Asia, Australia, USA, etc. An active GAJE & IJCLE member, he is the President of Greenbelt Africa Initiative & Prof Amari Omaka Public Interest Law Clinic.
