Session Abstract: Social justice comprehends the measures in which stress and advantages are dispersed among the different communities of the society. This involves the justice in which the society assures, contributes and recognize the channels and qualities that individual requires to both determine the conception of, and live, a good life. Justice education encompasses the objectives relating to equitable, qualitative and unbiased education for all students. Justice education is both a mechanism and an ambition. This objective of justice education requires complete and equivalent participation of the groups and communities of the societies that mutually construct the foundation to achieve their needs and goals. Understanding the requirement of participation of every sector of society in justice education, this session talks about the need and role of health science and forensic science professionals in the justice education. Education regarding medical jurisprudence is necessary to build the sense of justice among people. In simple language, medical jurisprudence deals with the application of medical science to legal problems. So, health and forensic’ professionals are required to educate the students to have the clear understanding of the laws related to medical science. For example, laws related to medical negligence by doctors, maternity laws, medicolegal aspects of maternity and health rights. Lawyers deal with medical issues in their legal practice, know very little about the medical profession and its problems; physicians frequently comprehend too little about the law and how it affects them in the practice of their profession. Medico legal experts can provide a link between these two professions for their smooth & effective functioning in a scientific manner. This session demonstrates the link between the two and will help in understanding the respective laws more clearly. This education is necessary to achieve social justice. Education is the tremendous liberator mankind has ever known and the immense effort for social progress. It plays an important role in building the foundation of an enlightened and satisfying life. For having a safe and secure life, it is necessary to expose students towards justice health education. Knowing about health and forensic sciences is the primary right of all the students to frame a safe and healthy life. Community health workers and professionals should collaborate with the public health department, schools, universities to architect the improvised educational programs to give justice health education to not only to students but all the citizens of the society in an unbiased manner to address the society’s explicit needs. Self-care and health management lies at the heart of functional health justice education. This session delves into the need of human health care justice education among common people to frame knowledge and entrust advocacy. Henceforth, it is very significant to provide all the educational resources and innovative educational programs to provide justice education regarding health sciences to ensure equal access to education and health care. When we talk about justice education, teacher plays an important role. Teacher has special responsibilities in relation to content knowledge, serving as the primary source of the students’ understanding on the subject matter. The method through which the consideration is communicated, bring the student to understand what is essential and what is peripheral. When we talk about subject and content knowledge, law professionals cannot explain the basic principles of health and forensic sciences which is essential to be known by every student as their basic and rightful education. It requires the deep understanding and information related to the respective content. Many health professionals confront the characteristic formal curriculum regarding human rights education in health care. Health professional education, however, presents challenges for the theory and practice of human rights education. Questionnaire study will also discussed in the session which explains the need of justice education. It explains how the absence of justice health education resulting in the poor life stability and poor development and health hazards in the society. Explaining the need of justice education through this study will be an interactive and interesting way to communicate with the audience in the conference. Study shows the adverse results of the absence of justice education among the people. Heath care and management signifies the gravity of justice education as a key public health position marker in computing for the expanded prevalence of health hazards. As only law science professionals cannot convey the importance and necessity of the basic health sciences among people which is one of the elemental pillars of justice education. Justice Education is not only about providing the equal education to the students. It also involves the personal, social and economic upliftment of every citizen of the nation. It empowers the requirement of metamorphic potential of health education in patients’ health care by employing the change in education system to escalate the importance of functional health literacy. The justice education regarding health and forensic sciences is necessary to advance the health forms of life. Providing health education to all the students in an equivalent and unbiased manner is important for the physical, mental and social growth of the students to have a stable and healthy life.
