Short Bio : Davida teaches the Community Justice clinic and Law & Poverty course. She has focused on civil litigation and policy advocacy for government accountability in post-disaster Louisiana rebuilding. Davida has served as counsel on a variety of issues for grassroots organizations and individuals seeking access to subsidized/public housing, public records, education, Constitutional rights and has represented on civil disobedience cases. Davida is the 2011 chair of the AALS poverty law section.
