Short Bio : Diego Blázquez Martin (Ph.D.), 39 years old, professor of Jurisprudence at Carlos III University of Madrid (Spain). Member of the Human Rights Institute “Bartolomé de las Casas”, founded and coordinated its Clinical Unit between 2005-2009. I have also been member of the Saint Louis University faculty at Madrid Campus. My fields of interest is Equality and non-discrimination Law. At the present moment I am serving as legal advisor at the Ministry of Public Health, Social Policy and Equality.
