Short Bio : Professor Skinner teaches human rights and refugee law, and directs the International Human Rights Clinic at Willamette U in Salem, Oregon, USA. She has significant experience in human rights litigation, fact-finding, and asylum work. She also worked with BABSEA last summer in Vietnam. She holds a J.D. from Univ. of Iowa, and a M.St. in International Human Rights Law from Oxford.
