Short Bio : Ihar Kuzminich is an associate professor at the Hrodna State University Law School. Since 1997 Mr. Kuzminich is involved in public legal education in Belarus and other NIS. In 1998 Ihar co-founded the first Street Law clinic in Belarus at the Hrodna State University. Since 2002 Ihar is a Director of the Center for Innovations in Legal Education that consists of Live Client Clinic and Street Law Clinic.
