Short Bio : Kara is a U.S. and English qualified lawyer, currently based in Budapest, Hungary working with PILnet. She is a trustee for A4ID and sits on the steering committee of the Governance Education Network. Previously, 2004-10, Kara was the National Director for BPP Law School’s Pro Bono Centre, based in London. While at BPP, she founded and managed a wide range of projects through which law students provide their developing legal skills and knowledge to help meet unmet legal need.
