Short Bio: Ms. Latika Vashist is an Assistant professor at Jindal Global Law School (JGLS) and Assistant Director, Centre for Clinical Programmes. She is currently pursuing her Phd in the Gender Studies programme of Ambedkar University, Delhi. She obtained Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Indian Law Institute (I.L.I.), New Delhi. She obtained the Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Faculty of Law, Delhi University and honours in Economics from Hansraj College, Delhi University. She has been teaching law of crimes and constitutional law for the past three years at JGLS. Her areas of research include law and emotions, feminist legal theory and constitutional law.
