Short Bio : Maxim Tomoszek is the director of the Centre for Clinical Legal Education and senior lecturer at the Department of Constitutional Law of Palacky University in Olomouc, Faculty of Law. He teaches Constitutional Law, Human Rights Clinic, Patients Rights Clinic, Professional Ethics, Legal Skills Course and other subjects, supervises the Moot Court program and Legal Clinic. In his teaching, he often cooperates with NGOs, enjoys multidisciplinary approach and strives to include values in each lesson.
