Short Bio : Rachel has over 12 years experience as a lawyer in private practice & Government. Rachel worked with BABSEACLE on its UNDP project to develop clinical legal education in Vietnam. She helped facilitate a National Workshop on CLE, delivering sessions on curriculum and clinic policy. She also worked with supervisors and students at university clinics to help develop clinic programs. Rachel also has experience of curriculum development, having worked in Cambodia on a civics education training manual
