Short Abstract: The combination of technological progress and human capital is an effective tool to implement Smart Governance and lead humanity toward Smart Civilization. Smart Governance applies to public and corporate lever through innovations and creativity, development of social responsibility, transparency, information society and active citizenship. Smart Governance is the management, political and public approach that promotes the access to justice and is designed to ensures mindset mobility and socio-economic mobility. From the perspective of global economy Smart Governance is the tool to develop social-oriented financial system, improve taxation, investment policies and increase corporate inclusion in life of local and global communities. Understanding of Smart Governance principles helps people to improve their political and corporate practices and bring changes in the way they learn, work, consume, implement democracy, nominate politicians and conduct business.
