Short Bio : Dean Hill Rivkin is College of Law Distinguished Professor at the University of Tennessee College of Law, where he has taught since 1976. He has also served as a Visiting Professor of Law at UCLA (1980), University of Maryland (1990-91), Harvard Law School (2002-03; 2004-05), and American University Washington College of Law (2008). He teaches courses in public interest and community lawyering, with concentrations in environmental justice and education advocacy. For GAJE, he is collaborating on an session on “Environmental Justice” with colleagues from Czech Republic, Nigeria, Spain, and USA.
