Short Bio : Dean Hill Rivkin is College of Law Distinguished Professor at the University of Tennessee College of Law, where he has taught since 1976. He has also served as a Visiting Professor of Law at UCLA (1980), University of Maryland (1990-91), Harvard Law School (2002-03; 2004-05), and American University Washington College of Law (2008). He teaches courses in public interest and community lawyering, with concentrations in environmental justice and education advocacy.
