Short Bio: Jesus Noel Tejeda is part of the first incubator for attorneys in the Dominican Republic. The Dominican Republic is the first country outside of the United States to develop a law school-based incubator and the first country to join the US in this important movement. Incubators were created to assist recent law graduates create economically viable law practices that have a public service focus. Jesus Noel is the coordinator of national and international internships for the Dominican incubator which is called Community Legal Services Center , Santo Domingo ( CECSEL -SD ) .
