Short Abstract: This workshop will involve an active discussion of issues related to the design of clinical programs. Following activities designed to address possible goals for various types of clinics (community lawyering, street law, externship & in-house), a panel of experienced scholars will consider the key design features of the various clinic models. You can then join a group to discuss goals for the model of clinic you are most interested in. Insights from each group will then be shared with the entire group.
