Short Abstract : Chinese law schools have been creating clinics, and they are now at the stage where they need to turn attention to what methods of instruction and organization will be most effective in China. How can these methods and organizational principles be placed into practice? How does a legal education system select methods and curricular materials that are appropriate to the legal system in which they will operate?
