Short Bio: Freda Grealyis a Solicitor and Diploma Manager, Law Society of Ireland.  She qualified as a lawyer in Ireland in 1997, worked in private practice for 7 years in criminal defence litigation, general practice & a period in Free Legal Advice Centre (FLAC). Qualified also in England in Wales and New York State. Master‘s degree – Law – Kings College London, & Education and Technology, Trinity College Dublin. Committee Member of the Curriculum Development Unit of the LSI. Area of research interest is professional ethics, professional identity & experiential education. May/June of 2011 and April 2013 worked with Babsea Cle in Vietnam where she facilitated clinical legal skills workshops. Founded Irish Rule of Law project ‘Irish Lawyers Legal Education Partnership Project – South East Asia’. Introduced the Street Law Volunteer Programme with trainee solicitors in Ireland with the assistance of Richard Roe and Sean Arthurs from Georgetown University Law Centre.
