Short Bio: My name is Kamal Yash Sahwal. I belong to a Joint family in Mirzapur, which is 70 Km from Varanasi. I completed my high school education from Government Intermediate College at Mirzapur. I did B.A. (Hons.) with Ancient History, Philosophy and English. After that I earned a first class post graduate diploma in Human Rights. After passing LL.B. at Harischandra post graduate college, Varanasi I completed my Postgraduate (LL.M.) with specialization in Human Rights and Duties Education. I am now a Research Scholar in Law School at Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi.
I have some years’ experience of legal practice in the Allahabad High Court during which time I was often consulted for free legal aid and on human rights issues. I participated in scouting camps form 1988-95. I got a B-Certificate in National Cadet Core and attended the Advanced Leadership Camp 1998. I like to engage in legal and philosophical discussions.
