Short Bio: Marianne Artusio is Assoc. Prof. of Law at Touro Law Center and Director of the Aging & Longevity Law Institute, currently on leave as the Dir. of Clinical Programs at Touro. She teaches Elderlaw, Elderlaw Clinic and Consumer Law and lectures widely to professional and lay audiences on issues affecting the aging population and the growing epidemic elder abuse and presented at the GAJE international conference in Valencia, Spain. She was employed by Westchester Legal Services as the Director of the Senior Citizens Law Clinic at Pace U. School of Law and by other legal services offices. She was the Director in Touro’s summer program in India, teaching Comparative Constitutional Law and Indian and Tibetan Law & Philosophy. She joined the 2012 Summer Teaching Institute in Vietnam, teaching faculty from Vietnamese law schools, a program sponsored by the UNDP and BABSEACLE. She graduated from Vassar College and Cornell Law School, where she was the Student Dir. of the Legal Aid Society.
